The Interview Process

680 Partners will conduct candidate interviews as well, including verification of references, a background check, and psychological profiling.  At the completion of this phase we will have a short list of the best candidates for the job at hand.  Aside from providing the list of final candidates and arranging face-to-face interviews, we help our clients generate a list of questions and lines of inquiry that will truly reveal the most suitable match for the job; this helps ensure that we have pinpointed those qualities that are necessary for successful performance.
